SHIPPING POLICY

At Outrageous Introvert, every order is made just for you. Because we use trusted print-on-demand partners, your items are produced after you place your order—reducing waste and helping us stay true to our values of conscious creativity and sustainability.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will ship, what to expect in terms of delivery timeframes, and how we handle issues that might arise along the way.
1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it enters production within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been received and another with tracking details once it ships.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee changes once production begins.
2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Orders shipped within the United States are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on the carrier and your location.
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Expedited options may be available for certain products or destinations.
3. International Shipping
We’re proud to ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing. Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days after shipment.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
If you don’t receive a tracking number or your tracking link doesn’t update after several days, contact us at support@outrageousintrovert.com, and we’ll look into it for you.
5. Split Shipments
Because our items are made-to-order, you may receive multiple packages if your order contains different products fulfilled by different print partners. You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each package.
6. Delays and Lost Packages
While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays can occur due to weather, postal issues, or customs. If your order seems delayed or lost, please reach out to us at hello@outrageousintrovert.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.
Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend ensuring that your shipping address is secure and accurate.
7. Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, you will be responsible for any reshipping fees. Refunds for returned packages will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because each order is made to order, changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, we can no longer modify or cancel an order.
9. Preorders and Backorders
From time to time, we may offer preorder or backorder items. Estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page. You’ll receive an email notification once your preorder item ships.
