REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: October 26, 2025
We want you to feel good in what you wear and confident about your purchase from Outrageous Introvert. If your order isn’t perfect, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items with tags intact within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return or exchange, email hello@outrageousintrovert.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Sale items or discounted merchandise
Gift cards
Custom or personalized items
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and, if confirmed, send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
5. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees associated with the return. Please include a tracking number when possible.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size or design, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original for a refund to avoid delays.
