Shipping, sizing, returns, and where the 10% actually goes.
- Does Outrageous Introvert donate to charity?
- Yes. 10% of profits go to charities aligned with equality, mental health and reproductive freedom. Individual designs name the charity they support — the pride tees fund LGBTQ+ organisations, the immigration tees fund immigrant advocacy, and so on.
- How long does shipping take?
- Orders typically arrive within 5 to 6 days. Everything is printed to order rather than held in stock, so that window covers both printing and delivery.
- Do the shirts run true to size?
- Yes. Nearly everything is printed on Bella+Canvas blanks, which run true to size. A size chart sits on each product page, and if you prefer a looser fit, size up one.
- What is your return policy?
- You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with tags intact within 14 days of receiving your order, in the original packaging. Email support with your order number to start one. Refunds reach your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
- What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem. Once confirmed we send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
- Is anything not returnable?
- Sale and discounted items, gift cards, and custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, though returns from outside the US work differently: the customer covers return shipping and any customs fees, and a 20% restocking fee applies.
- What are the shirts made of?
- Most are Bella+Canvas 3001 — 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 4.2 oz, with side seams and shoulder tape to hold their shape. Designs are printed with DTG and DTF methods for detail that survives washing.
